Fast Formation

Instead of rigid constant-current recipes, we run an optimised formation strategy with time-structured current profiles that take into account cell chemistry, cell type and real process behaviour. The result is a far more differentiated formation, guided through deliberately structured time intervals — for a more precise and industrially robust formation strategy.

Adaptive Formation

Continuous measurement provides the basis for a process-aware control logic that adjusts current, voltage and the time structure of the formation. The result is a closed-loop system in which process parameters are not statically defined but dynamically adjusted within defined limits. Formation behaves not as a rigid recipe but as a rule-based, data-informed process.
